From the Zoffany Cotswold Manor Wallpaper Collection

Depicting storks stood at the water’s edge and small birds perched on nearby branches, the original version of this wallpaper is believed to date between 1825 and 1850. Discovered hidden behind oak panelling at Temple Newsham in 1894, this adaptation’s pictorial scene is framed by bamboo lattice work, which amplifies the height of the design. Digitally printed on woven grass cloth. Very wide width wallpaper, price per metre, random cut and a 116.8cm pattern repeat.
