We hope you’ll be delighted with everything you buy at wallpaperdirect. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return all or any part of your order, provided it’s undamaged and in the original packaging.
Mark items for return on your advice note
If you are not completely satisfied with your wallpaper, you may return them to us along with your completed advice note, provided they're undamaged and in the original packaging.
…and put it in your parcel
Return your goods within 14 days after receipt of your order for a full refund.
Wallpaper and paint can be returned for up to 28 days after purchase but will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Samples – and curtains, blinds, tinted paints, fabrics and murals supplied to your exact specification we regret cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please package the product taking extra care to ensure the products are packed tightly and the ends of the rolls are protected. Make sure to include your completed advice note.
This ensures that the product is well secured during shipping as we will be unable to authorize a refund for damaged goods.
For this reason, we also advise insuring your package when shipping.
Returns are made at your own expense.

Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt back at Wallpaperdirect.
