From the 1838 Wallcoverings V&A Decorative Papers II Wallpaper Collection

Stylised palms and lotus blossoms on a tranquil river, based on a ragamala illustration to the musical mode Kakubha Ragini. Dramatically enlarged from the original drawing, this mural design showcases the symbolism and artistry of the original, such as tall trees and peacock birds. Please note: This mural is repeatable from left to right if you wish to cover a larger area. Seen here in the Night colourway.
