Mark items for return on your advice note
If you are not completely satisfied with your wallpaper or paint, you may return them to us along with your completed advice note, provided they're undamaged and in the original packaging.
…and put it in your parcel
Return your goods within 14 days after receipt of your order for a full refund.
Wallpaper and paint can be returned for up to 28 days after purchase but will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Samples – and curtains, blinds, tinted paints, fabrics and murals supplied to your exact specification we regret cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt back at Wallpaperdirect or Designerpaint.
Return via Collect+
Returns are delivered FREE with Collect+
Visit www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/wallpaperdirect and type in your order number. Print your unique Collect+ returns label and find your local Collect+ shop.
Attach your label to your parcel, and drop it off. The shopkeeper will give you proof of postage and tracking details.
Please note paints and pastes can’t be returned via Collect+
Return at Brewers
Bring your items in their original packaging to a Brewers store, including your completed advice note inside the box.
Peel off and stick the self adhesive address label on your advice note to the outside of the box.

Return at the Post Office
Returns made at the Post Office are made at your own expense.
Put the wallpaperdirect/designerpaint address label on your parcel.
Take your parcel to the Post Office and make sure you get a proof of posting.
