    If your product is faulty, please contact us and we will discuss how to proceed.

  • Mark items for return on your advice note

    If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, US customers may return the product in its original unopened condition within 60 days of the date of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Let us know you are making a return

    Email our Customer Services Team at info@wallpaperdirect.com to let us know you are making a return. Please include the order number, date of receipt, and the reason for returning the product.

    We are unable to refund samples or any products that have been made individually to your specification unless the product is faulty. This includes handmade-to-order blinds, curtains, and cut-to-order wallpaper or fabrics and custom sized murals.

  • Package

    Please package the product taking extra care to ensure the products are packed tightly and the ends of the rolls are protected. Make sure to include your completed advice note.

    This ensures that the product is well secured during shipping as we will be unable to authorize a refund for damaged goods.

    For this reason, we also advise insuring your package when shipping.

  • Returns are made at your own expense.

  • Refund

    Once we have received your return, we will refund the value back to the card used when purchased and confirm we have done this by email.
